Jena L. Williams is the founder of Williams Law Firm PLLC and has served Oklahoma clients for more than a decade in energy, business, estate planning, and probate matters. A graduate of Westmoore High School and the University of Oklahoma, Jena combines deep legal knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach that clients appreciate.
Jena has extensive experience in the energy industry, advising operators, non-operators, and mineral owners on acquisitions, contracts, title matters, divestitures, regulatory proceedings, and related disputes. She understands the fast-moving realities of the oil and gas business and works to deliver clear guidance that helps clients move forward with confidence.
At the same time, Jena is passionate about helping Oklahoma families protect what matters most. She assists individuals and business owners with entity formations, wills, trusts, and probate administration, guiding families step-by-step during some of life’s most important transitions.
Jena lives in Edmond with her husband and their two sons, where she remains committed to serving the businesses, operators, and families who help Oklahoma communities thrive.
